Superyacht WELLENREITER was designed by Hoek Design Naval Architects with a modern rig and deck layout and with a classically styled steel hull with aluminium superstructure. A tall performance rig and fully automated sailing systems, making her highly suitable for extended world cruising and expeditions or high end charters. The yacht was built by Jongert in the Netherlands to an impressive high quality and exacting standards in 2003.

WELLENREITER has been maintained in pristine condition and underwent some large refit work in 2018/19 comprising, but not limited to the installation of an extra guest cabin (4 in total), new gensets. New teak decks, new hull and rig paint etc, etc.
