Hoek Design TC-68 Schwanensee II – 2008
Schwanensee II is built with a customised interior and high tech rig package. Her hull was built by Holland Jachtbouw in the Netherlands and the yacht was finished by Metur Yachts. Built for experienced owners, the yacht has a very high specification throughout, with immaculate joinery work, carbon spars by Southern Spars, rod rigging and North spectra sails to name a few. Technically she is also exceptionally well equipped with a Volvo 6 cylinder main engine driving a Maxprop folding propeller, a DC generator
and Spectra watermakers. There is air-conditioning in the main accommodation areas.
The interior styling is to a high level of detail. Classic but with modern touches, stand-out features include leather floors with stainless steel trims and whitewashed Oregon ceilings. The interior is treated with a Sayerlack system giving the wood a bare, natural look.
